Stray Kids are preparing their Japanese release SUIATSU after drawing about 270,000 fans to their own festival brand, STRAYCITY, in Latin America. According to SBS and allkpop, STRAYCITY, planned by JYP Entertainment and Live Nation, played five shows in Bogotá, Buenos Aires and Mexico City in September 2026. The five shows drew a combined 270,000 people. Between those dates, Stray Kids headlined Rock in Rio on September 11 in front of about 100,000 people, becoming the first K-pop act to headline the Brazilian festival. Including that show, SBS reports that the group played to about 370,000 people in Latin America in September. The figures build on the group's 2025 dominATE tour, which drew about 400,000 people over eight stadium shows in five cities, according to SBS. 3RACHA's songwriting SBS also highlights the group's in-house production unit, 3RACHA: Bang Chan, Changbin and Han. The trio has more than 660 songs registered with the Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA), a figure that underlines how much of the group's music is written within the team. SUIATSU Sony Music Japan announced SUIATSU on August 26. It is Stray Kids' first Japanese release in about a year and a half, and it comes in 12 formats: Limited Edition A (CD + Blu-ray), ¥4,200 Limited Edition B (CD + ZINE), ¥3,900 Regular Edition, ¥3,000 Eight member solo editions, ¥3,200 each A fan club edition The range of versions, including one for each of the eight members, is typical of Japanese physical releases and is designed to give fans several reasons to buy. Why it matters STRAYCITY shows Stray Kids moving from touring to building their own festival brand, with the scale to fill stadiums across Latin America. Headlining Rock in Rio as the first K-pop act added a landmark moment to that run. The Japanese release keeps them active in another of their biggest markets, with a format strategy aimed squarely at physical sales. The September figures also add to a strong year for K-pop touring. The Latin American market Latin America has become one of K-pop's most important touring regions, and STRAYCITY's attendance confirms how big Stray Kids have become there.
