Tickets and presales An artist fan club presale comes first. Citi and Verizon presales for US dates begin on Monday, October 12. Grateful Web lists the Citi presale from 12pm local time on October 12 to 10pm on Thursday, October 15. Citi is the official card of the Def Leppard tour. The Verizon presale for select shows runs from 10am local time on October 12 to 10pm on October 15, through the Verizon Shine loyalty programme. General sale begins on Friday, October 16 at 10am local time, NYS Music reports. Def Leppard's big year Grateful Web says Def Leppard completed their third sold-out residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas earlier this year. They have also played sold-out shows across the UK, Europe, South America and Mexico in 2026. A recent compilation entered four UK charts, two of them in the Top 10. The band have sold more than 110 million albums worldwide and have 11 million monthly Spotify listeners. NYS Music notes that they formed in 1976, have released 13 studio albums, were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2019 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2025. Goo Goo Dolls and "Iris" The Goo Goo Dolls formed in Buffalo in 1986 and, like Def Leppard, have released 13 studio albums. Their most recent is 2022's Chaos in Bloom . Their Diamond-certified hit "Iris" has passed 6 billion global streams, with more than 1 billion in 2025 alone, according to Grateful Web. The band have sold 15 million records worldwide, earned four Grammy nominations, and hold the all-time radio record for "Most Top 10 Singles". This summer they played festivals including iHeartRadio Festival and Sea.Hear.Now Festival. Why City of Hope The charity link is built into every ticket. Grateful Web says the $1 donation per ticket will help City of Hope advance research and new treatments for people facing cancer. Over a 45-date arena run, that could add up to a meaningful sum. Two bands, one long night Grateful Web describes the bill as "the most anticipated tour of 2027" and promises a high-energy show from two of rock's most influential bands. The Goo Goo Dolls have nearly a dozen platinum and gold singles and 15 No. 1 and Top 10 hits. NYS Music notes that the tour also visits Newark on March 13 and Uncasville on June 25, close to the New York crowd that will fill Madison Square Garden. What's next Presales are open this week, and general sale starts on October 16. The tour is one of several big rock packages heading to arenas in 2027.
